Shipping Policy

The Basics

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping for magnets and Portal Collection pieces is through USPS Priority Mail. Shipping for everything else is with UPS Ground. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. However, if your order should arrive damaged or is lost is transit, contact me at artbysct@outlook.com for refund information. Orders claiming damage require photo proof. Items claimed as lost are not considered so if tracking shows as "Delivered".
