1. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, product descriptions, branding, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of Sarah C. Taylor. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. This includes all original paintings, magnet sets, illustrations, photographs, and digital listings.

2. Sale of Goods

This website offers one‑of‑a‑kind original artwork, including but not limited to:

  • Original paintings

  • Hand‑painted magnet sets

  • Small works on wood

  • Seasonal or limited‑edition pieces

Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and part of the artwork’s character. All product descriptions and photos aim to be as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Sarah C. Taylor reserves the right to modify, refuse, or cancel an order if necessary. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are shipped from North Texas using USPS or UPS unless otherwise noted.

Shipping details:

  • Processing time: typically 3–5 business days

  • Delivery times vary based on USPS and UPS service and destination

  • Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or transit times

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Sarah C. Taylor is not liable for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are original, one‑of‑a‑kind artworks, returns are generally not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact Sarah C. Taylor within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. A replacement or refund will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis. Custom or commissioned pieces are non‑refundable.

6. Consumer Protection

Where applicable consumer protection laws apply, your legal rights remain intact. If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the law will take precedence.

7. Limitation of Liability
