Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

Thank you for supporting Sarah C. Taylor. Each piece in this shop is a one‑of‑a‑kind, hand‑painted artwork. Because of the unique and handmade nature of these items, please review the following policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Please read product descriptions carefully and review all photos before purchasing.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

To process a damage claim, the following photos are required:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging it arrived in

  • The shipping label

Once photos are received and the damage is verified, a refund will be issued. Claims submitted without photos cannot be approved.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but the customer cannot locate it, the order is not considered lost and is not eligible for a refund.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

  • Contact the local post office for GPS delivery confirmation

If a package is truly lost before being marked delivered, please reach out so I can assist with a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

If the package is returned to me, the customer may choose to have it re‑shipped at their expense.
